To leave a Google review for a business, follow these steps
Open Google Maps
Launch the Google Maps application on your mobile device or visit the Google Maps website (www.google.com/maps) on your computer.
Search for the business
Enter the name of the business you want to review in the search bar at the top of the screen
Select the business
From the search results, click on the correct business listing to view its details
Scroll Down to Reviews
Scroll down on the business’s page until you see the section for reviews. Here, you will find existing reviews left by others
Write a Review
Click on the "Write a Review” button (usually indicated by a star icon). A pop-up window or a sidebar will appear, allowing you to write your review
Rate the Business
Use the star rating system to indicate your overall experience with the business. You can assign a rating between 1 and 5 stars, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest
Write Your Review
In the text box provided, share your thoughts and experiences regarding the business. Be specific, honest, and provide helpful feedback to potential customers
Add Photos (Optional)
You can attach relevant photos to your review if you wish. This step is optional but can enhance your review and provide visual context
Preview and Post
Take a moment to review your feedback and ensure it accurately reflects your opinion. Once you’re satisfied, click the "Post” or "Submit” button to publish your review
That’s it! Your review will be visible to others who visit the business’s Google Maps listing. Remember to adhere to Google’s review guidelines and provide constructive feedback to help businesses improve their services.
